- Market Awareness for Upcoming Infra Projects
- Plan and manage the end-to-end RFP /PQ/ EOI process
- Timely Bid Submissions and Maintaining the track record of submitted tenders.
- Attending Pre Bid Meeting & site Visits
- Preparing Contract Appreciation Note & Risk Analysis for Bid/ No bid Decisions
- Preparing Tenders Submission & Quotation
- Preparing Daily Report for Tender Process & inform to Management for upcoming tenders info.
- Preparing Tenders Submission & Quotation.
- Coordinating with the Account department regarding Tender related Financial Activity / Database.
